One template, every venue

Design it once. Every venue's own.

Head office builds the template once, in your brand. Each venue's name, address and booking link drop in by themselves, so a manager types only what's new — the night, the prize. Pick a venue below.

No logos to find · no fonts to choose · no designer to wait for

The venue
Its colours: Claret
Head office's template

The Golden Anchor's name and booking QR came from its details. Its manager typed only the night and the prize.

Icons for anything. Or Flo draws one.

About 3,500 stock icons that answer to pub words like “pint”, “darts” and “quiz”, your designer's own drawn exactly as supplied — or a few words for Flo to draw in your style.

Patterns that arrange themselves.

The same line icons made into a Christmas tree, a wreath, a scatter or a row. Each venue ticks what it serves, and “Arrange them another way” picks a new one.

A space for each venue's own icons.

Head office marks the space and picks the icons. Each venue adds its own, then drags, sizes and turns them — and they can never leave the space.

Textures, laid over the top.

Recycled paper, fine grain, canvas, halftone dots, chalkboard, wood grain and more, over the whole design.

One design. Every venue. One download.

Make a design once for every venue you look after, each with its own details and logo — then download every print file in one go.

Colour schemes that stay readable.

Offer a few schemes and each venue picks one; the whole design changes together. The Brand page warns when wording would be hard to read — and Flo can suggest new schemes held to the same rules.

And every detail.

  • Blends from one colour to another, in smooth CMYK
  • Frames and rings, with or without a fill
  • Icons in the scheme's accent, or colours you choose
  • Your own typefaces, or about 1,660 from Google Fonts
  • Fonts tried out when they're added, so none fails in print
  • Logos, pictures and artwork from head office's library
  • Wording that crosses a fold, pointed out before publishing

Locked where it matters

Managers change the words, not the brand.

Every part of a template says where it comes from: fixed by head office, typed by the venue, or filled in from the venue's details. Managers get a form, not a canvas — and nothing can be published that a venue would get stuck on.
  • Try it as a venue

Before publishing, head office sees exactly what a venue's manager gets — nothing typed there is kept.

  • Fix spacing

Two lines where a paragraph was planned? One tap shares the room out evenly.

  • Publish checks

Each template is tried against every venue it goes to before it's published.

Ask Flo

Flo does the fiddly bits. You decide.

The assistant from Autflo Send, at work on your print. Everything Flo makes lands as a draft to check, change or undo — nothing is printed until someone says so.

  • Fill this in for me

A manager says what it's for and Flo answers the template's questions in your brand voice — never inventing a fact they didn't give.

  • Design it with Flo

Describe a template, or hand Flo a poster you already have, and it builds a draft in your brand to change and publish.

  • Build it with Flo

Show Flo up to five pieces of old work and your website; it suggests your colours, typefaces and brand voice for you to tick.

  • Draw with Flo

A few words — “a Sunday roast” — and Flo draws icons in the style of your own.

Every size, ready for the printer

One design. Every shape it needs.

An A4 poster, an A5 flyer, a menu folded in three, a stapled booklet — or a square post and a story for social. Copy a design to another size and everything filled in comes with it.
  • Print files

A PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed, brand colours in exact CMYK and text that can't go missing.

  • Print requests

Or ask head office to have it printed — the manager is emailed as it moves along.

  • For screens

Social posts, stories and email banners download as pictures, sized and ready.

Everything included

Made for head office, easy for every venue.

The brand stays in one place, and nobody needs design software — or a designer on standby.
  • The shop

Head office stocks ready-made print — menus, review cards — for venues to order.

  • Print requests

Venues ask head office to have it printed, and are emailed each time it moves on.

  • Each venue's details

Address, links, opening hours and logo, kept once and dropped into every design.

  • People and roles

Who works at which venue, and what each person can do.

  • Versions that stay put

Changing a template never alters a design already made.

  • Two-step verification

For everyone at head office, so the brand is safe in the right hands.

Questions

Your questions, answered.

What is Autflo Print?

On-brand print for pub and restaurant groups. Head office builds templates in the brand; each venue's manager fills in a short form and downloads a file that's ready for the printer — posters, menus, table talkers and pictures for social.

How does Autflo Print keep every venue on brand?

The logo, colours, typefaces and layout are fixed by head office; managers change only the words. Every template is tried against every venue it goes to before it's published.

Can Autflo Print make menus?

Yes. Its menu engine sets each venue's dishes as large as the space allows — with sections, prices, dietary marks, wine lists, sizes and add-ons — and a menu that won't fit is pointed out, never printed cut off. Head office can write each dish once in a product library, and a change reaches every menu that has it.

Are the files ready for the printer?

Yes. A PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed, brand colours in exact CMYK and text that can't go missing. Venues can also ask head office to have it printed, and social posts, stories and email banners download as pictures.

Does Autflo Print use AI?

Ask Flo fills in a design from one sentence in your brand voice, never inventing a fact you didn't give; it can build a template from a description or a poster you already have, read an existing menu from a photo, and draw icons in your style. Everything Flo makes is a draft to check, change or undo.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Autflo Print is free for 14 days, for one venue or a whole group. You can start the trial yourself, or book a demo first.
